Carley Hill

Owner & President

Carley Hill is an Executive leader with a demonstrated history of working in the heavy construction industry and skilled in infrastructure development labor relations. As the founder of CAHill Tech, and Owner & President of CAHill Resources, she is currently involved in the construction of the new Buffalo Bills stadium in Orchard Park. Her business goals involve empowering people and organizations that help build America. Carley is also an Executive MBA Graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Management.

Gina Neubauer

Vice President of Operations

Gina has been a dynamic presence at CaHill since joining in June 2019. During her tenure, she has seamlessly transitioned across various roles, showcasing her adaptability and dedication. Her career trajectory has taken her from Sales and Client Success to Business Campaign Coordination, and most recently, she has excelled in Project Management.

A proud alumna of Trocaire College, Gina completed her Associate’s degree in Informatics, grounding her expertise in management and analytics with a strong educational foundation. Her years of experience in management, client relations, and sales have equipped her with the agility to respond to rapid changes within the company, ensuring cohesive transitions and sustained success.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Gina is devoted to her family—cherishing moments with her children, husband, and beloved cats. An outdoor enthusiast, she finds solace in hiking and immersing herself in nature. A person of faith, Gina dedicates time to worship and a lifelong passion for helping others, influencing all facets of her life.

Jennifer Fields

Chief Accounting Officer

As CAO at CaHill, Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in construction accounting, client enhancement, and financial management. She thrives on a challenge, overseeing financial operations that align with the company’s mission for growth and success. With over 25 years in leadership, she is known for fostering organizational efficiency through process improvements, SOPs, and effective leadership strategies, while nurturing interpersonal collaboration and culture. She enjoys wearing many hats in the office and has experience in human resources, payroll management, and strategic operational and financial management.

When not at work, Jennifer spends quality time with her family, loves dogs, enjoys traveling, collecting vintage kitchen glass and is a voracious reader.

Liz Carbondale

Executive Assistant

Liz joined the team as Executive Assistant in March 2025, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to the role. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History from the University at Buffalo, where she developed a passion for logic, aesthetics, ethics, metaphysics, and epistemology.

Outside of work, Liz is an avid global traveler and enjoys spending time outdoors camping and exploring nature. Her curiosity about the world and appreciation for diverse experiences fuel both her personal adventures and her professional approach.
