Carley Hill
Owner & President
Carley Hill is an Executive leader with a demonstrated history of working in the heavy construction industry and skilled in infrastructure development labor relations. As the founder of CAHill Tech, and Owner & President of CAHill Resources, she is currently involved in the construction of the new Buffalo Bills stadium in Orchard Park. Her business goals involve empowering people and organizations that help build America. Carley is also an Executive MBA Graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Management.

Jennifer Fields
Chief Operating Officer
As CAO at CaHill, Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in construction accounting, client enhancement, and financial management. She thrives on a challenge, overseeing financial operations that align with the company’s mission for growth and success. With over 25 years in leadership, she is known for fostering organizational efficiency through process improvements, SOPs, and effective leadership strategies, while nurturing interpersonal collaboration and culture. She enjoys wearing many hats in the office and has experience in human resources, payroll management, and strategic operational and financial management.
When not at work, Jennifer spends quality time with her family, loves dogs, enjoys traveling, collecting vintage kitchen glass and is a voracious reader.
Liz Cardinale
Executive Assistant
Liz joined the team as Executive Assistant in March 2025, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to the role. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History from the University at Buffalo, where she developed a passion for logic, aesthetics, ethics, metaphysics, and epistemology.
Outside of work, Liz is an avid global traveler and enjoys spending time outdoors camping and exploring nature. Her curiosity about the world and appreciation for diverse experiences fuel both her personal adventures and her professional approach.
James Jones
Head Safety Officer
James E. Jones Jr. joined CAHill TECH in 2018 and has been working as a Subject Matter Expert and Master Trainer since. He was a Regional Director of a Mentoring Program for ten years, and in 2001 he became a Journeyman Skilled Craft Labor in Construction. After retirement in 2017, he became a labor instructor, teaching in-person classes.
In 2024, James became CaHill Resources’ Head Safety Officer where he identifies and tracks safety concerns on job sites.
When it comes to interesting moments from his personal life, in 1984, James became a professional boxer, and he loves to tell stories of his experiences in the ring and the field.
Ricky Williams III
General Foreman
Ricky is a seasoned construction professional serving as a General Foreman with CaHill Resources. With a strong track record of leadership in large-scale infrastructure projects, he plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Ricky has contributed his expertise to high-profile developments, including the Buffalo Bills Stadium project and the Albany Wadsworth project, where his commitment to quality and teamwork has helped drive progress and success on site. Known for his hands-on approach and dedication to excellence, Ricky continues to be a valuable asset in the field.
Dmytro Matskiv
Labor Foreman
Dmytro is a dedicated Labor Foreman with CaHill Resources, currently contributing to the Buffalo Bills Stadium project. In his role, he oversees daily labor operations, coordinates crews, and ensures that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project standards. Known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on approach, Dmytro plays a key role in keeping site activities organized and on schedule. His commitment to teamwork and quality makes him a valuable asset to any project.
Garrett Damiani
Operator Foreman
Garrett is a skilled equipment operator with CaHill Resources, contributing to major construction efforts such as the Buffalo Bills Stadium project and the upcoming Albany Wadsworth project. Known for his excellent communication, precision, and superb morale, Garrett plays an important role in maintaining efficient site operations and supporting project timelines. His ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively makes him a valuable member of the team, helping ensure each project is completed to the highest standards.
